Our Full City (medium) roast has been our flagship from our inception.  The medium roast  brings a lovely balance to the cup and provides a clean tasting brew.  Best described as orange infused milk chocolate.  This is a classic cup and will please connoisseurs and newcomers alike. Less aromatic than the light roasts, but you can still tell you have a nice Ethiopian with one sniff. Our light roast (City+), delivers additional citrus and floral notes while maintaining the body expected from a classic natural dry processed Ethiopian.
