Back by popular demand for a limited time only!  The Jean-Marc dark roast.  This has been our darkest and most popular roast crafted with inspiration from the legendary Jean-Marc Chatellier, Millvale’s beloved French baker. Wet hulled and full on classic Sumatra, this is a very clean traditional Sumatran cup. Roasted just a bit darker than our Full City+ roasts, fully developed, yet still retaining all of the bean characteristics. Fuller bodied with exotic incense spice notes intermingled with a baker’s chocolate and smoky cup profile. The spice lingers in the aftertaste while exhibiting very low acidity; perfect for dark roast fans and completely suitable for espresso. This is Compass Point Coffee’s nod to our favorite Millvale celebrity; the legendary Jean-Marc (and Sandy) Chatellier. Chapeau!!
