Our Full City Ethiopian Yirgacheffe (medium) roast has been our flagship from our inception.  This medium roast brings a lovely balance to the cup and provides a clean tasting brew.  Best described as orange infused milk chocolate.  This is a classic cup and will please connoisseurs and newcomers alike.
